Over the past few years I have been to physical therapy a bunch of times for injuries related to my hips and low back. I have started adding core exercises into my weekly routine. I put together some different core series that only take a few minutes and can be added in before or after a run, or on a non-running day. I also plan to update the blog with total body/strength workouts occasionally. I usually try to do core work at least 3 days a week, and strength train 2 days a week. If you are injured please consult a doctor before trying these exercises.
